Investors can choose from a range of different forms of existing companie
The two forms most often chosen are:
- Société Anonyme (PLC) – Public Limited Company
- Société à Responsabilité Limitée (LTD) – Private Limited Company
Once the form is chosen, the investor needs to choose the type of activity and also the relevant tax regime:
- SOciété de PARticipation FInancières (SOPARFI)
- Real Estate Company
- Private Wealth Management Company (SPF)
