Family Office

Following the vote of the new law on the residents' savings, The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has introduced a final taxation on savings and cancelled the fortune tax.

This law is applicable from 1st of January 2006 and is specificaly designed to promote the savings of individuals.

Some foreigners may be lead to establish their residency on the Luxembourg's ground and these services can be provided :

• a tax advice linked to the transfer of residenjcy from abroad
• a tax advice in relation with ownership of assets by these individuals
• an advice and assistance in their establishment on the Luxembourg ground
• following all their relations with third parties (real estate, insurer, banker, family organisation,... )
